Tony Mohr
Chief Technical Officer
Mr. Mohr, a co-founder and organizing shareholder of Essential Security Software, serves as the company's Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Before co-founding ESS, Mr. Mohr co-founded Lumirus, a technology company that specializes in custom software development for small and medium size businesses. In addition, he has served as the Director of Business Development for Iktisoft, an IT-Consulting Company specializing in the cost-effective development of software solutions for organizations all over the world.
From 1995 to 2001, Mr. Mohr served as the Director of Business Development for Spectrum Developments, a company engaged in setting up wholesale outlets for companies like Magnavox, Panasonic, Adidas and Ralph Lauren, which combined on-site sales and maximized e-commerce solutions. Tony has the unique ability to identify the needs of his clients and provide the technological solution and relationship to meet those needs. He holds a degree in Computer Science.

Jeremy Gomsrud
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Gomsrud, a co-founder and organizing shareholder of Essential Security Software, serves as the company's Chief Operating Officer (COO). He previously worked at MicroSurgical Technology, where he was involved in the overall operations and logistics of cutting-edge eye surgical instruments. Jeremy was also a part of Highspeed.com from 1997-2000, where he was head of Purchasing and Vendor Relations. Negotiating contracts and best business practice methodology, he was able to secure long term agreements with key vendors. Jeremy holds a degree in Business, as well as a degree in Computer Science at Washington State University.
Joe Ratliff
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Ratliff, CPA, is CFO and responsible for managing Essential Security's strategic financial analysis, budgeting analysis, accounting system implementation, financial reporting, and tax preparation. He began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co in Dallas, TX. Over his 35-year financial management career, Mr. Ratliff has worked at executive level positions including, but not limited to, Partner in the Trammell Crow Residential Companies with duties as CFO of its residential property management division and President of its administrative services division, and Vice President of Taxation for JPI, a residential development company and joint venture between Ray Hunt and General Electric with major real estate developments in Canada, Mexico and the United States.

Zachary Price
VP Program Management & Strategy
Mr. Price, a co-founder and organizing shareholder of Essential Security Software, serves as the company’s Product Manager. He is responsible for creating global product, marketing and channel strategies. Zachary has a passion for discovering new business opportunities, as well as taking products from the concept stage to public delivery.
Prior to co-founding Essential Security Software, Price served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for IktiSoft, a software development and integration firm. Before this, Zach served as Global Operations Manager for Society Expeditions, a cutting-edge adventure travel company. There he was responsible for program development in more than 25 countries, as well as driving operations in locales such as Antarctica, the Russian Far East, South America and the remote islands of the South Pacific.
Price holds a certificate in Software Product Management from the University of Washington. He also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and Environmental Geology from Western Washington University. During college, he sailed around the world and started his own business which grew to more than 50 employees.
Zachary has a passion for travel, the outdoors and music. Besides regularly traveling to some of the most exotic locales in the world, Zach likes to kitesurf, hike and snowboard in the waters and mountains near Seattle. He is also an avid musician who plays in local salsa and funk bands.
Bo Price
Board Chairman
Mr. Price is an innovative and results-oriented entrepreneur with an extensive background in the organization and capitalization of companies that have experienced rapid and substantial asset and revenue growth. Mr. Price assisted in organizing and capitalizing FYI Television, Inc., the leading provider of worldwide television content and program schedule data for online, onscreen, and print media. Mr. Price currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of FYI Television.
During 1994, Mr. Price and his brother, Jim Price, organized and capitalized a company later known as “BroadbandNOW,” which was a pioneering provider of high speed Internet service to various commercial and residential real estate markets. Mr. Price served as the company’s Director and Executive Vice President and, over a period of several years, was instrumental in assisting the company to raise substantial funds from various strategic partners, including Microsoft Corporation, Liberty Media, Lucent, Nortel and GE Capital.
Ron Goodson
Board Director
Mr. Goodson is the Vice President and General Manager for the Pepsi Cola Bottling Group's Southwest Region. His leadership of this strategic region spans every function within the company including sales, marketing, operations, manufacturing, finance and human resources. Mr. Goodson has been a member of the PepsiCO/PBG family for 28 years where he has held numerous positions of ever increasing responsibility in more than half a dozen geographical territories.
Mr. Goodson serves on the companies Diversity Advisory Board, the PBG Annual Planning Steering Committee and is active with the "focus on five" mentoring program. Ron also serves on the board of directors of "Good Times" a regional public company (NYSE-GTIM) where he chairs multiple committees.
He is a graduate of Wright State University, also spends a great deal of time in the Phoenix community. His current board involvement is with the YMCA, The City of Hope and Chairperson for the Arizona UCP 2004 Foundation fundraiser. Further, he contributes volunteer time to the Boy's & Girls Club, Camp Rainbow, and is a founding member of the New Mexico Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Stephen Chancellor
Board Director
Mr. Stephen Chancellor joined Essential Security Software’s Board of Directors in 2005. Steve individually, and as a principal of the Eric Chancellor Family, Ltd and Sierra Principal Group, LLC manages diverse investments in an array of industries including technology, real estate and aviation. The pursuit of flight is a life-long passion for Mr. Chancellor. Prior to his work with Eric Chancellor Family, Ltd and Sierra Principal Group, LLC, Steve was a commercial pilot for Southwest Airlines. Mr. Chancellor was also an FAA certified Check Airmen for Atlantic Southeast Airlines, Inc. Steve is currently Captain Qualified in the following aircrafts: Boeing 737 jet, Citation 550 jet, Embraer 120, turboprop and Embraer 110 turboprop.
Lance Auburg
Board Director
Lance Auburg joined Essential Security Software’s Board of Directors in February of 2004 and has become an integral part of ESS’s development. Mr. Auburg has assisted in fund raising to meet the financial needs of ESS during the early stages of the company's growth.
Mr. Auburg is an active investor in various industries and has a wide circle of business connections, facilitating future investment and partnership growth for Essential Security Software. Mr. Auburg earned a BBA at Angelo State University while playing basketball for the university on scholarship.
